MySurgery.site is an independent UK supplier of websites for GP practices and PCNs in England. We're not part of the NHS, and we're not connected to My Surgery Website.
Who we are
We’re a small UK team that builds and runs websites. MySurgery.site started when we saw how hard many GP practice websites are to use: key tasks buried several clicks deep, opening times out of date, and practice teams waiting days for a supplier to change a phone number.
So we built something simpler. Every practice website follows NHS design standards and NHS England’s guidance, so patients find what they need first time. Practice teams update their own site in minutes. And we look after the rest: hosting, security, backups and live alert monitoring, day and night.
How we work
- One clear price for every practice: £395 a year, with no setup fee and no VAT to add.
- No lock-in: 30 days’ notice, no leaving fee, and your content and domain stay yours.
- A reply within 24 hours whenever you need help.
- We know first if anything goes wrong, and we fix it.
