How to switch your GP website supplier

Your new site can be ready in about three weeks. You give notice to your current supplier, we copy your content, you check it, and we move your .nhs.uk domain when your old contract ends. Your current site stays live throughout, the move is free, and you pay us nothing until your old contract ends (for up to 90 days).

Plan your switch, worked back from your go-live date

The four steps

Plan your switch

Tell us when you’d like your new website live and we’ll work backwards: when to start, when to give notice, when we switch you over, and when you start paying us. We project-manage all of it.

Usually the day your current contract ends. It’s when you’d start paying us.

Moving from another supplier

We move practices from other GP website suppliers and from self-built sites. Tell us who runs your site now and we’ll find your content, check who controls your domain and confirm your notice period.

MySurgery.site isn’t connected to My Surgery Website. We just have a similar name.
