How much does MySurgery.site cost?
£395 a year per practice, or £35 a month, with no VAT to add and no setup fee. We won't charge you while you switch over: you pay nothing until your old supplier's contract ends, for up to 90 days.
Is MySurgery.site approved by the NHS?
We're an independent supplier, not part of the NHS. Our sites are built to NHS England's published guidance and benchmark.
Is it the same as My Surgery Website?
No. We're a separate company with a similar name.
Does it work with our online consultation tool?
Yes. We link clearly to whichever tool you use.
Can we keep our .nhs.uk address?
Yes. We connect your existing domain, or help you apply for one.
We're still in a contract with our current supplier. Can we start now?
Yes. We build your new site now and switch it on when your contract ends. We won't charge you while you switch over: you pay nothing until your old supplier's contract ends, for up to 90 days.
Can a PCN or ICB pay for it?
Yes. We can invoice the PCN directly, and groups of three or more practices pay £345 each.
Are there any extra charges?
No. Updates, new pages, users and support are all included.
