This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use www.mysurgery.site or contact us, why we collect it, and your rights.

Who we are
MySurgery.site is a product of Fleek Photos Limited (company number 14909754). We are the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us at hello@mysurgery.site. We’re registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under number ZC194329.
This notice is about our own marketing website. Each practice website built on MySurgery.site has its own privacy notice from that practice.
What we collect
When you fill in our free website check or contact form, we collect:
- your name and work email address
- your role, your practice’s website address and, if you give them, your practice name and phone number
- your message, and how you heard about us if you tell us
Please don’t send us any patient information. We don’t need it and we don’t want it.
We also count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you: we only see totals, such as how many people visited a page and which country and type of device they used.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to carry out your free website check, and to follow up once afterwards. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from GP practices. We don’t sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are sent to our email inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, from its EU (Ireland) servers. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both act on our instructions. Some of these services may process data outside the UK, under safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
The website itself doesn’t store your form. We keep the email it sends us, and our replies, for up to 12 months after we last hear from you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep what we need to run your contract for as long as it lasts and for 6 years afterwards, as UK tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@mysurgery.site. If you’re not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
