MySurgery.site costs £395 a year per practice, or £35 a month. There's no setup fee and no VAT to add. If you're switching from another supplier, you pay nothing until your current contract ends, for up to 90 days.

Annual or monthly, with 30 days’ notice and no leaving fee. We’re not trying to tie you in. We remind you 60 days before an annual renewal.

How that compares
Other GP website suppliers publish yearly prices from about £350 to £900 per practice, usually plus VAT, based on their G-Cloud listings and websites in 2026. Some charge extra for editing or setup.
Pricing questions
We're still in a contract with our current supplier. Can we start now?
Yes. We build your new site now and switch it on when your contract ends. We won't charge you while you switch over: you pay nothing until your old supplier's contract ends, for up to 90 days.
Can a PCN or ICB pay for it?
Yes. We can invoice the PCN directly, and groups of three or more practices pay £345 each.
Are there any extra charges?
No. Updates, new pages, users and support are all included.
